Ever since I was a child, my heartfelt goal was to experience a sensation of wholeness, consisting of both balance and strength. Since I had only my intuition, and blessings of help manifesting when I needed it most, I did my best to fulfill my soul’s wish.
When a prayer is offered to the universe, the universe will bring its gifts to fulfill the prayer. My life has been filled with many wonderful teachers who guided me, inspired me, and taught me how to utilize the natural gifts within me.
My journey of spiritual awakening took a strong leap forward when I started studying Kundalini Yoga. I enthusiastically chose to become a Kundalini Yoga Instructor, which brought me to a more expanded state of consciousness. I further deepened this state through the magnificently subtle, yet powerful healing art practice of Sat Nam Rasayan™, at which I became a practitioner.
My desire to further expand my healing skills led me to study Theta Healing and then Soul Memory Discovery. I have enjoyed combining them with Sat Nam Rasayan™ to create Soul Therapy.
I am a certified teacher for Level 1 & 2 Theta Healing, a Soul Memory Discovery Facilitator, a Sat Nam Rasayan practitioner, and a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor.
